Executive Summary
ZPZ is the utility token of the EZPZ Trading ecosystem, created to empower retail traders with advanced AI-powered utilities, analytics, governance, staking, and community-driven growth. Built on Polygon (POL), ZPZ provides token-gated access, DAO participation, and adoption incentives.
Total supply is permanently capped at 10,000,000,000 ZPZ, enforced by a hard-coded cumulative mint cap in the token contract. Protocol-controlled burns permanently reduce live supply and can never restore minting capacity, but they are also constrained by a hard-coded 5,000,000,000 ZPZ burn floor.
Eligible ecosystem transaction fees actually received and retained by the platform are routed under the contract-enforced 70% / 20% / 10% allocation: 70% to the disclosed treasury wallet, 20% to the disclosed development wallet, and 10% to the verified buyback contract. The 10% buyback share purchases ZPZ through an approved Polygon DEX router and burns the purchased amount on-chain. Once live totalSupply reaches 5,000,000,000 ZPZ, the buyback burn cannot take it lower. Once the burn floor is reached, further buyback-and-burn execution stops automatically. This floor is intended to prevent excessive deflation, liquidity compression, and ecosystem instability; it does not guarantee token price or market performance. There is no third-party locked float: the previously referenced 50% locked float and 20B supply figures are removed and superseded entirely by this document.

3.1Token-Gated Access Design
Access tiers are defined in fixed ZPZ amounts, not fixed dollar values. Holding a specific number of ZPZ tokens unlocks each tier. As ecosystem adoption grows, this design creates structural demand for the token: new participants must acquire and hold ZPZ to access premium features. Tier thresholds may be adjusted through DAO governance if market conditions make access impractical for new users.
3.2Platform Burn Mechanism
The token contract includes a dedicated platform-burn facility (burnForPlatform). Authorized platform contracts may burn user-approved ZPZ when it is spent on ecosystem services, subject to the same protocol burn floor applied to the automated buyback program. Before any protocol-controlled burn, the contract checks the live totalSupply against the 5,000,000,000 ZPZ floor. A burn request that would reduce totalSupply below the floor is rejected and the transaction reverts; the token contract does not partially execute the burn down to the floor. Burned tokens are permanently destroyed and cannot be re-minted because the cumulative mint counter never decreases.
Contract-enforced 70% / 20% / 10% ecosystem transaction-fee routing: Eligible ecosystem transaction fees actually received and retained by the platform are split by the contract as each payment is received: 70% to the disclosed treasury wallet, 20% to the disclosed development wallet, and 10% to the dedicated, verified on-chain buyback contract. The treasury and development destinations support ecosystem operations, reserves, engineering, integrations, audits, security, and platform maintenance. The 10% buyback share purchases ZPZ through an approved Polygon DEX router and burns the permitted ZPZ in the same coded execution flow. The contract, rather than a discretionary execution wallet, enforces the permitted router, slippage safeguards, event logging, and the 5,000,000,000 ZPZ burn floor.
- Eligible ecosystem transaction fees actually received and retained
- Contract-enforced routing: 70% Treasury wallet | 20% Development wallet | 10% verified on-chain buyback contract
- For the 10% buyback share, the contract verifies execution rules and burns only within the remaining capacity above 5B ZPZ
- ZPZ purchased through an approved Polygon DEX router
- Purchased ZPZ burned on-chain; any floor-crossing burn request reverts, so once totalSupply reaches 5B ZPZ, a burn can never take it below 5B ZPZ
The number of ZPZ tokens purchased and burned varies according to the 10% buyback share of eligible ecosystem transaction fees, prevailing market price, approved execution safeguards, and remaining burn capacity above the 5,000,000,000 ZPZ floor. While live totalSupply is at the floor, buyback-and-burn execution is halted but the 10% fee share continues to accrue. Halted reserves may be recovered only to the disclosed treasury through the owner-authorized recovery path; active reserves remain protected while supply exceeds the floor. Quarterly reporting discloses the eligible transaction-fee basis, the full 70% treasury / 20% development / 10% buyback routing, recipient addresses and transfer transactions, buyback-contract funding, purchase transactions, burn transactions, post-burn totalSupply, and any returned unspent amount. This usage-linked supply-management mechanism does not guarantee any token price or participant return.
3.2.1Automated On-Chain Buyback Contract Rules
- Eligible transaction-fee basis: Eligible ecosystem transaction fees are fees actually retained by the platform from completed use of published ecosystem utilities, such as subscriptions, AI tools, alerts, mentorships, marketplace services, and similar utility services, after refunds, chargebacks, taxes, and pass-through network or third-party costs. This transaction-fee metric is the sole allocation basis; treasury performance, token price, and other corporate financial results do not affect the quarterly allocation.
- Configurable fee routing the contract initially allocates collected revenue as 70% to treasury, 20% to development and 10% to the buyback reserve. The owner may change these percentages through setRevenueSplit, provided they total 100%; changes emit RevenueSplitUpdated. The owner may also change treasury and development recipient addresses, emitting RevenueWalletsUpdated. Determining eligible ecosystem fees and the quarterly reporting basis is an operational responsibility; the contract distributes the amounts actually collected according to its current configuration.
- Automated buyback funding: The 10% buyback share of eligible ecosystem transaction fees is held in the buyback contract as its buyback reserve. The transfer, amount received, and settlement asset are emitted as on-chain events and included in the quarterly report.
- Coded DEX execution: the owner executes buybacks through the configured router and validated route infrastructure. The contract enforces transaction deadlines, minimum output, slippage and oracle safeguards, a non-zero purchase result, and burn-floor checks. Purchased ZPZ is burned within available burn capacity; any purchased surplus is retained and disclosed through an event. The contract does not enforce a quarterly execution window. Owner recovery is a separate path described below.
- Hard-coded 5B burn floor: The deployed implementation defines
BURN_FLOOR = 5,000,000,000 ZPZ. Before every protocol-controlled burn, the token contract requires the requested burn amount to remain within the live burn capacity aboveBURN_FLOOR. If the requested burn would reduce totalSupply belowBURN_FLOOR, the transaction reverts withBurnFloorBreached(); the token contract does not partially fill the burn. When totalSupply equals 5,000,000,000 ZPZ, any burn is rejected. The automated buyback burns only within the available capacity above the floor. The contract exposes no ordinary administrative setter that can lower this floor; changing it would require a contract upgrade and a published whitepaper amendment. - Execution policy and safety controls: quarterly execution windows are an operational commitment, not a contract-enforced timing restriction. Buyback execution is restricted to the contract owner; an automation service has no independent execution permission unless it acts through the authorized owner. Pause controls, reentrancy protection, transaction deadlines and configured swap safeguards apply. Multisig and timelock administration depend on the deployed ownership configuration. Any postponed execution and replacement window will be disclosed through project reporting.
- Quarterly transparency: Each report identifies the eligible ecosystem transaction-fee base; the 70% treasury, 20% development, and 10% buyback amounts; the disclosed recipient wallet and contract addresses; routing and funding transaction hashes; the approved router and pair; execution window; purchase transaction hashes; amount of ZPZ acquired and burned; post-burn totalSupply; remaining burn capacity; and any unspent base asset returned to treasury.
- Post-floor treatment: While live totalSupply equals 5,000,000,000 ZPZ, buyback execution is halted. The 10% fee share continues to accrue in the buyback contract and can be recovered by the owner only to treasuryWallet.
Staking Programs
ZPZ staking is structured as two independent tracks. Both are implemented in the audited staking contract and every parameter below is enforced on-chain:
Track 1: Regular APY Staking
- Eligibility
- Open to all holders
- Reward logic
- 17% (Yr 1), 9% (Yr 2), 4% (Yr 3) APY, accruing continuously; no APY after year 3
- Principal rules
- Unstake any time via a 14-day unbonding cooldown; no penalty, ever
Track 2: Whitelisted 3-Year Program
- Eligibility
- Owner-whitelisted addresses; minimum 10,000,000 ZPZ; maximum 50,000,000 ZPZ total per address; must stake before Dec 28, 2026 00:00 UTC (pre-launch deadline, see 4.6)
- Reward logic
- Fixed calendar APY bands (17% / 9% / 4%), accruing continuously by second across fixed calendar years (see 4.1), compounding annually if unclaimed; plus a 2x double-reward on principal at 3-year maturity
- Principal rules
- Early exit permitted at any time (see 4.3): the amount unstaked is returned immediately, less a 1% fee, with all accrued pro-rata APY settled without forfeiture (unfunded APY remains claimable); early exit does not itself designate protection; after maturity, principal + bonus release on a fixed tranche schedule from withdrawal (see 4.4)
4.1APY Accrual & Claiming
- Fixed calendar APY bands: APY rates are anchored to immutable calendar dates: Year 1 (17%) from the fixed program start (October 12, 2026 00:00:00 UTC), independent of deployment date, until October 12, 2027; Year 2 (9%) from October 12, 2027 to October 12, 2028; Year 3 (4%) from October 12, 2028 to October 12, 2029. No APY accrues globally after October 12, 2029. Restaking in Year 2 earns 9% and cannot reset the rate to Year 1.
- Regular stakes (Track 1): APY accrues continuously and may be claimed at any time.
- Whitelisted stakes (Track 2): APY accrues continuously on a second-by-second basis and may be claimed at any time. Exiting early prior to maturity settles 100% of accrued pro-rata APY earned up to the exact second of exit, with zero APY forfeiture. Funded APY is paid; any shortfall remains claimable after replenishment.
- Claiming APY never affects staked principal and never affects double-reward eligibility.
- Annual compounding yield & pool capacity:Unclaimed completed-period rewards are added to the eligible reward base in subsequent years (eligibleAmount += unpaid[i]). Stakers who withdraw APY annually receive the simple 30.00% yield (17% + 9% + 4%). Stakers who leave rewards unclaimed earn compound interest across the fixed calendar years: 1.17 × 1.09 × 1.04 = 32.6312% cumulative yield (3,263,120 ZPZ on a 10M stake). If the reward pool is temporarily underfunded at a claim or exit, unpaid APY remains recorded on-chain as an accrued liability and stays claimable once replenished, without blocking principal movements.
Worked example: 10,000,000 ZPZ whitelisted stake
| Accrual period | Rate | APY amount (Simple) | APY Amount (Compounded) / Claimable |
|---|---|---|---|
| Year 1 (Oct 2026 – Oct 2027) | 17% | 1,700,000 ZPZ | 1,700,000 ZPZ (Claimable continuously; compounds if unclaimed) |
| Year 2 (Oct 2027 – Oct 2028) | 9% | 900,000 ZPZ | 1,053,000 ZPZ (on 11.7M base; compounds if unclaimed) |
| Year 3 (Oct 2028 – Oct 2029) | 4% | 400,000 ZPZ | 510,120 ZPZ (on 12.753M base; claimable continuously) |
| Total 3-Year APY | 30% simple / 32.6312% compound | 3,000,000 ZPZ | 3,263,120 ZPZ if left unclaimed (1.17 × 1.09 × 1.04) |
4.2The Double-Reward (Participation Bonus)
Whitelisted stakes that remain in the program for the full 3-year lock receive a participation bonus equal to 100% of the remaining principal, so the position doubles. The bonus is a loyalty incentive for long-term ecosystem participation, not an investment return.
- Funding is secured at stake time: The moment a whitelisted stake is created, the full bonus amount is reserved from the staking reward pool. If the pool is short, the contract automatically draws the deficit from the designated reward treasury in the same transaction. A whitelisted stake cannot be created unless its future bonus is fully reserved.
- Because the bonus is pre-reserved, it cannot be diluted, reduced pro-rata, or displaced by later stakers.
- The bonus applies to principal remaining at maturity. Early-withdrawn portions forfeit only their own bonus. Pool-funded amounts return to the reward pool; treasury-funded amounts become independently recoverable refund liabilities owed to their original funding treasury.
4.3Early Exit (Before 3-Year Maturity)
Whitelisted participants can exit before maturity. Full and partial early exits are supported directly by the contract:
- The amount unstaked is returned immediately, less a 1% fee, with no unbonding delay.
- The withdrawn portion forfeits its double-reward bonus. Pool-funded bonus returns to the reward pool; treasury-funded bonus is recorded as a separate refund liability to the original funding treasury.
- Zero APY forfeiture: all accrued pro-rata APY earned up to the exact second of exit is settled without forfeiture. Funded APY is paid immediately; any shortfall remains an on-chain claimable liability after replenishment and does not block principal withdrawal.
- Partial exits leave the remaining principal fully staked, still accruing APY, and still eligible for its double reward at maturity.
- No market-protection penalty: Early exit does not designate a wallet protected. For a wallet already protected, withdrawing principal restores freed credit only up to the credit consumed at deposit; locked principal creates no new credit. Its outgoing transfers remain subject to Section 6. Accrued APY is settled without forfeiture; any unfunded amount remains claimable after replenishment.
4.4Maturity Release Schedule
After full 3-year maturity, when the holder withdraws, the remaining principal plus its equal double-reward bonus enter a fixed release schedule, hard-coded in the staking contract:
- 15% of the total matured amount (principal + bonus) is released at withdrawal.
- The remaining 85% releases in 13 equal monthly tranches from that date (one tranche every 30 days).
- The schedule is fixed in the contract and cannot be changed by DAO vote. This guarantees that every participant, and every future market buyer, knows exactly how matured supply enters circulation.
- Maturity-release recipients are designated protected when qualifying credit is released. Their permitted nonzero ordinary outgoing transfers are subject to Section 6 pacing. Controller pulls into staking are exempt; direct protected transfers into the controller or other system custody contracts are blocked.
Worked example: 10,000,000 ZPZ staked to full maturity
| Component | Amount |
|---|---|
| Principal at maturity | 10,000,000 ZPZ |
| Double-reward bonus | 10,000,000 ZPZ |
| Total matured amount | 20,000,000 ZPZ |
| Immediate unlock (15%) | 3,000,000 ZPZ |
| Each of 13 monthly tranches (85% ÷ 13) | 1,307,692 ZPZ |
| Cumulative APY claimed separately over 3 years | 3,000,000 ZPZ |
4.5Reward Pool & Treasury Backstop
- The staking reward pool funds APY payments and double-reward bonuses. It is funded from the Staking Rewards allocation and can be topped up at any time.
- Double-reward bonuses are reserved in full at stake time, with an automatic treasury draw covering any pool shortfall in the same transaction. This is the strongest possible funding guarantee.
- APY is paid from the pool at claim time; if temporarily short, unpaid APY remains accrued and claimable after replenishment, and never blocks principal withdrawals.
- Reserved bonuses, staked principal, pending unbonding balances, and scheduled releases are all excluded from any owner recovery function. They cannot be withdrawn by anyone except their rightful owners.
4.6Per-Address Double-Reward Cap
The whitelisted double-reward program is capped at 50,000,000 ZPZ of eligible principal per address, enforced cumulatively in the staking contract. This is a total-per-address cap, not a per-stake cap:
- The contract tracks each address's cumulative whitelisted principal. A new whitelisted stake is rejected if it would push the address's running total above 50,000,000 ZPZ, so an address cannot bypass the cap by creating multiple smaller stakes.
- The running total decreases when a whitelisted position is exited early or matures, freeing capacity for that address within the cap. New whitelisted stakes remain subject to the fixed December 28, 2026 deadline.
- Coins held by an address above the 50,000,000 cap are not eligible for the double reward. They may instead be staked in the regular APY track (Track 1), earning 17%/9%/4% APY with no lock and a 14-day unbonding exit. Alternatively, they may be held subject to the standard market-protection sell caps in Section 6. The excess does not receive the doubling bonus under any path.
- Per-address enforcement and cross-address limitation: the smart contract enforces the 50,000,000 ZPZ limit cumulatively for each approved Track 2 address. Track 2 addresses are manually approved, but universal KYC is not required for the whitelisted cohort and approval does not represent verification of the wallet owner' identity. Only the designated official project/compliance wallet is KYC-verified. Because the contract cannot determine whether separate wallets are controlled by the same person, the 50,000,000 ZPZ limit is an on-chain per-address cap and is not represented as a verified per-person cap. No comprehensive public list or confidential identity registry of all Track 2 participants is established or promised under Section 10.3. Hard-coded pre-launch staking cutoff deadline: Whitelisted staking is restricted to the pre-launch phase. The contract enforces WHITELIST_STAKING_DEADLINE = 1798416000 (December 28, 2026 00:00:00 UTC, independent of the eventual DEX launch date). After this timestamp, stakeWhitelisted() permanently reverts with StakingWhitelistedStakingWindowClosed(). All Track 2 participation must be established prior to public DEX trading.
Tokenomics

5.1Minting Policy & Supply Integrity
- Hard cap: The contract enforces
MAX_SUPPLY = 10,000,000,000 ZPZagainst cumulative tokens ever minted (totalMinted). This counter only ever increases. - Burn permanence and floor: Burning reduces live supply but never restores minting capacity. Every protocol-controlled burn path, including
burnForPlatformand the automated buyback contract, is protected by the 5,000,000,000 ZPZ floor. A requested burn that would reduce live totalSupply below 5,000,000,000 ZPZ is rejected and reverts rather than being partially filled. The automated buyback burns only within the remaining capacity above the floor. The protocol can therefore reduce supply from the 10B maximum toward 5B, but once supply reaches 5B it cannot burn below 5B. - Progressive on-chain issuance: 1,000,000,000 ZPZ was minted at contract initialization. Remaining allocations are minted on-chain in phases (presale, liquidity seeding, staking pool funding, and vesting creation) as each distribution phase activates, always within the 10B cap. Existing member balances recorded during the pre-chain phase are honored through this on-chain issuance.
- Minting is restricted to the contract owner; upgrades are restricted to the upgrade controller. Section 11 describes the administration arrangement. The 5B floor has no ordinary setter; any implementation change must follow the public, audited upgrade process.
5.2Supply After Burn and the 5B Floor
For each protocol-controlled burn, the full requested burn must fit within the remaining burn capacity above 5,000,000,000 ZPZ. If the request would cross the floor, the transaction reverts and no portion of that burn is executed. For automated buybacks, the buyback contract burns only within the remaining capacity above the floor. After any successful burn, post-burn totalSupply equals current totalSupply minus the full requested burn amount and can never be reduced below 5,000,000,000 ZPZ once it has reached that level.
- Example: normal execution. If current totalSupply is 8,000,000,000 ZPZ and the contract purchases 250,000,000 ZPZ, the full 250,000,000 ZPZ may be burned and post-burn totalSupply becomes 7,750,000,000 ZPZ.
- Example: floor-crossing request. If current totalSupply is 5,200,000,000 ZPZ and a 300,000,000 ZPZ burn is requested directly, the transaction reverts because the requested burn would reduce totalSupply below the 5,000,000,000 ZPZ floor. No partial 200,000,000 ZPZ burn occurs. An automated buyback avoids this condition by sizing its purchase to no more than the available 200,000,000 ZPZ burn capacity before the burn is attempted.
- Progressive-issuance clarification: The 5B figure is a burn floor, not a guarantee that 5B tokens are always minted or circulating. Because issuance begins with 1,000,000,000 ZPZ and progresses in phases, live totalSupply may be below 5B before later allocations are minted. The floor applies only once live totalSupply reaches 5B.
Market Protection & Sell-Cap Framework
ZPZ embeds layered, on-chain protections against supply shocks and market manipulation. The first-60-day launch cap for all non-whitelisted holders is based on current wallet holdings. The permanent caps for protected wallets are based on the token contract's tracked freed amount, not total holdings. Permitted nonzero ordinary outgoing transfers are paced at source, including DEX sales and wallet-to-wallet transfers. Controller pulls into staking are exempt. Direct protected transfers into the controller or other system custody contracts are blocked. These are contract-enforced controls.
All holders (non-whitelisted)
- Cap
- 1% of holdings per day on all external outflows (DEX sales and peer-to-peer transfers); staking deposits into controller and system contracts are 100% exempt
- Duration
- First 60 days after DEX launch
- Purpose
- Launch stability; anti-dump; allows immediate staking without daily outflow restriction
Protected wallets: Treasury, Development, full 3-year maturity-release recipients
- Cap
- 1% per day AND 10% per month of the wallet's tracked cumulative freed amount (
freedAmount), not total holdings; whichever binds first - Duration
- Permanent, no expiry
- Purpose
- Meters protected supply according to qualifying staking and vesting releases, without allowing unrelated wallet holdings to enlarge the sell-cap base. Early exit alone does not designate protection; a wallet already protected remains subject to pacing.
Anti-bot layer (all non-whitelisted)
- Cap
- Max 50,000,000 ZPZ per transaction; 500,000,000 ZPZ max wallet; 30-second sender cooldown; 3 sender transactions per 5 minutes (EOAs and contract senders alike; registered pairs and explicit owner, whitelist, controller and system exemptions apply)
- Duration
- While anti-bot protection is enabled
- Purpose
- Bot, sniper, and manipulation defense
6.1Freed-Amount Mechanics for Protected Wallets
- Protected-wallet basis: the permanent protected-wallet limits are 1% per day and 10% per 30-day window of the wallet's tracked cumulative freed amount (the contract's freedAmount ledger), not of its total token balance. The stricter limit applies.
- What counts as freed: Qualifying ZPZ released to a protected wallet by the staking contract or a vesting release is added to the
freedAmountledger. This includes release paths that invoke the contract's freed-amount accounting, rather than ordinary tokens acquired independently in the market. - Outgoing transfers do not reduce the base: an outgoing transfer consumes daily and 30-day allowances without reducing freedAmount. Each ceiling is fixed when its window opens. New credit or a rate change cannot enlarge an active ceiling. Credit received mid-window enters the basis when that window expires, at most 30 days later.
- Restaking consumes freed amount: When qualifying released tokens are restaked, the corresponding
freedAmountis consumed under the contract's anti-ratchet rule. A participant cannot repeatedly release and restake the same tokens to increase the sell-cap basis. - Transfers do not propagate protection: recipients do not inherit protected status or freed credit. Every permitted nonzero outgoing transfer from a protected sender is paced at source, including wallet-to-wallet transfers and DEX sales. Controller pulls into staking for deposits and reward funding are exempt. Direct protected transfers to the controller or other system custody contracts are blocked; sending directly to a system address does not provide a pacing bypass.
- Clarified launch-window outflow scope and staking exemption: The universal first-60-day launch cap of 1% of current holdings per day applies to all external token outflows (both AMM sales and wallet-to-wallet transfers) from non-whitelisted holders, preventing bypass via multi-wallet distribution. Crucially, token transfers depositing into the staking controller (marketProtectionController) and authorized system contracts are explicitly exempt from this daily limit from day one, ensuring users can stake their desired token balance freely upon launch.
Treasury & Development Vesting
The Treasury (1.6B) and Development (2B) allocations are subject to coded vesting schedules in the token contract. Both follow identical policies:
- 6-month cliff: No tokens are accessible for the first 180 days.
- 24-month linear release: After the cliff, tokens vest continuously over 720 days.
- Vesting beneficiaries are designated protected on first release (Section 6 caps). Liquidity and operations wallets must be distinct from every vesting beneficiary and must never receive vesting releases or freed-credit grants. Liquidity is seeded from its separate allocation; operations are funded by owner minting or the liquidity wallet. A protected reward treasury may fund staking through controller pulls without pacing. These wallet assignments must be checked before creating any schedule.
- Unvested tokens are reserved on-chain and excluded from every owner recovery and emergency function. The contract mathematically cannot release them early, to anyone.

Presale & Distribution
- Private Team Allocation: 20% (completed; fully allocated, none remaining).
- Public Presale: The public presale is a fully on-chain presale, with all proceeds directed to liquidity. The website will open it on November 14, 2026 at 14:00 UTC.

Roadmap
Audit & Hardening
Oct 1 – Oct 11, 2026Oct 5, 2026Manual Audit Complete
Completed. CredShields reviewed the four ZPZ contracts (ZPZCoin, EZPZStakingV1, BuybackRevenueSplitter, ZPZCoinDAONew) by hand between September 29 and October 5, 2026, and reported 38 findings.
Oct 9, 2026Final Remediation + Audit Sign-Off
Completed. All 38 findings were fixed, including every Critical and High one. CredShields retested every fix on October 15, 2026 and issued the final report, which is published on this website.
Oct 10, 2026Team KYC Completed
Completed. CertiK verified two core team members and granted a Gold team KYC badge on October 27, 2026. It is listed on CertiK Skynet under EZPZ Trading, with the same ZPZ contract.
To be announcedTreasury Multisig
A 4/7 treasury and admin multisig will go live and its signers will be confirmed. Until then the sale contract owner and the treasury are single-key wallets.
Deployment & Staking
Oct 12 – Oct 19, 2026To be announcedPolygon Mainnet Deployment
The final audited ZPZ contracts will be deployed to Polygon mainnet, and owner and admin roles will move to the treasury multisig.
Oct 13, 2026ZPZ Mint & Early Purchaser Distribution
Supply is minted by multisig approval according to the finalized tokenomics. Early fund-allocation purchasers receive their full allocation, so their tokens are in hand before staking opens.
Before DEX launchContracts, Audit, Multisig + Team KYC Published
Source code will be verified on PolygonScan, and the official contract addresses, audited commit, multisig address and signer threshold will be published together, next to the CredShields audit report and the CertiK team KYC that are already published. The tokenomics disclose the early fund-allocation round and the share of circulating supply those wallets hold.
Oct 15, 2026Delay Compensation Paid & Staking Opens
Early fund-allocation purchasers are paid their launch-delay compensation first, before staking opens: a one-time payment calculated at 17% of contribution for January 10 to October 15, 2026. It is not a contract-level staking reward but has the same effect. The ZPZ staking program then opens the same day: 17% APY for a holder's first staked year, then 9%, then 4% across a three-year term, measured from the date each holder stakes. The delay compensation excludes addresses holding above 50m coins. The entire delay compensation will be paid from one of founders accounts and not treasury. A special reward that keeps the first year contract level 17% APY. Your delay compensation is yours and credited with “recordFreedAmount” and is sellable from DEX launch (1% per day, 10% per month). Once your principal is staked on Oct 15 or later, the compensation is credited and that is the only way it will not be bundled as principal. You will have a choice to also stake the reward if you wish to do so.
Oct 16, 202624/7 Security Monitoring Begins
Round-the-clock monitoring of the contracts, treasury, admin roles, liquidity functions and unusual on-chain activity through third party starts.
Oct 19, 2026Public Bug Bounty program
The public bounty program opens on HackenProof, giving researchers nearly three months to inspect live contracts before trading begins.
Public liquidity Presale
Nov 14 – Dec 25, 2026Nov 1, 2026Liquidity Presale Details Released
Presale rounds and prices, accepted tokens (USDT and USDC on Polygon), opening date, wallet limits and claim rules are published, alongside a restatement of the earlier fund-allocation round, its launch-delay compensation, and the fact that those wallets have held transferable tokens since October 13.
Nov 14, 2026Public Presale Opens
The public presale will open on this website at 14:00 UTC, through the official Polygon sale contract, in five rounds from $0.001 per ZPZ. Always verify the published address and ignore any other.
Dec 25, 2026Presale Closes
New purchases stop. Total ZPZ sold, funds raised and the treatment of unsold tokens are published.
DEX Launch
Dec 28 – Jan 10, 2027Dec 28, 2026DEX Liquidity Prepared
The ZPZ/USDC liquidity position is staged under multisig control and the opening price finalized. Trading is not yet open.
Jan 10, 2027ZPZ DEX Launch
Official liquidity is activated and ZPZ opens for public trading on the DEX.
DAO Governance
10.1On-Chain Voting Mechanics
- Quadratic voting: Voting credits equal the square root of a participant's staked ZPZ. A holder with 100x the stake receives only 10x the votes. This structurally limits whale domination and gives coordinated smaller holders real collective power.
- Snapshot-based: Voting power is fixed at a snapshot point set one hour before the proposal is created, consistent with the
MIN_VOTING_DELAYprotection. Tokens acquired or staked after that snapshot carry no power for the proposal, eliminating vote-buying during active proposals. - Only staked tokens vote. Unstaked balances, including any tokens in Treasury or Development wallets, carry zero voting power.
- Proposers cannot vote on their own proposals; this is enforced in the contract.
- Proposal creation requires a minimum staked threshold; voting requires a minimum staked threshold; both are configurable by governance administration and published on-chain.
- Each proposer may create at most 10 proposals per rolling year; every proposal has a minimum 3-day voting window.
- Passing requires more than 50% support of votes cast and a minimum number of votes in favour.
10.2Treasury Operations Policy
- Treasury: Planned 4/7 multisig. Today the treasury is a single-key wallet; the multisig address and signer threshold will be published when it is live. Planned tiers: T1 ≤ $25k (council, $100k/mo cap); T2 $25k–$250k (DAO vote); T3 > $250k (higher quorum & timelock).
- Safeguards: Emergency pause (7 days, report in 24h); audits & bug bounties; quarterly reports; signer rotation policy.
- Decentralization: Guardian powers sunset after 12 months or earlier by DAO vote.
10.3Open Voting, Published Project Wallets & Identity Scope
ZPZ governance is open by design: every staker can vote. There is no allowlist, registry gate, or identity requirement to participate in governance. Voting power flows from staked tokens under the quadratic mechanics in Section 10.1. Transparency around designated project wallets is achieved through publication, not gating:
- Published project wallet addresses: The core EZPZ group and UOI wallet addresses designated for publication are disclosed so every participant can independently observe and track them on-chain, including their balances, staking activity, and voting behavior. Publication is a transparency measure and is independent of whether a wallet owner is KYC-verified.
- Designated KYC scope: KYC is not required for ordinary token holding, governance voting, or every wallet admitted to the whitelisted Track 2 double-reward program. Only the designated official project/compliance wallet is KYC-verified. Separately, the project team is KYC-verified: CertiK granted a Gold team KYC badge on October 27, 2026 (see section 11). Track 2 addresses remain subject to manual eligibility approval, but that approval does not constitute identity verification and does not establish a one-wallet-per-person rule. Other participants or transactions may still be subject to KYC/AML where required by applicable law, presale rules, an exchange, a payment provider, or transaction-risk controls. KYC is not a precondition for governance voting.
- Sybil trade-off, stated plainly: Quadratic voting can theoretically be diluted by splitting a large position across many wallets, and open voting means the contract does not prevent this on the community side. The available mitigation is limited observability: activity from published project wallets can be monitored on-chain, but the contract cannot reliably link undisclosed wallets to a common controller without identity controls. We state this limitation directly rather than presenting quadratic voting or wallet publication as airtight.
Security & Audit
CredShields audited the ZPZ smart contracts by manual code review. It reported 38 findings, and CredShields retested every fix on October 15, 2026 and marked all 38 as fixed.

Contracts in scope
ZPZCoinEZPZStakingV1BuybackRevenueSplitterZPZCoinDAONew
- Team KYC: CertiK verified 2 core team members at Gold level on Oct 27, 2026. The verification is listed on CertiK Skynet under EZPZ Trading with the same ZPZ contract and is re-evaluated yearly. View it on CertiK Skynet.
- Supply integrity: Hard-coded 10B cumulative mint cap; protocol-controlled burns permanently reduce live supply and are protected by the hard-coded 5B burn floor. A burn request that would cross the floor reverts rather than partially filling. The automated buyback burns only within the remaining capacity above the floor.
- Funds isolation: Staked principal, reserved bonuses, unbonding balances, scheduled releases, and unvested allocations are all excluded from owner recovery functions at the contract level.
- Upgrade & mint authority: minting is restricted to the token owner; upgrade authorization follows each contract’s configured authority, including the token’s optional upgrade controller. Production administration is intended to use a multisig and timelock. These protections depend on actual ownership and role configuration and are not automatically established by deployment. The project will publish and verify the multisig address, signer threshold, timelock address, delay and authorized roles before production use.
- Two-step ownership transfers (Ownable2Step) prevent accidental or hostile ownership moves.
- Controls: Reentrancy guards on all state-changing user flows, pausable modules, blacklist capability, anti-bot/sniping mitigations, fee-on-transfer rejection in staking, and checkpointed balances for tamper-proof snapshot voting.
- All contract addresses (token, staking, DAO, and automated buyback) are published and source-verified on Polygonscan before DEX launch so every parameter in this document, including the 5B burn floor and approved execution controls, can be independently verified on-chain.
Legal & Compliance
ZPZ is a utility token designed exclusively to power access, participation, and governance within the EZPZ Trading ecosystem. ZPZ is not an investment vehicle, and nothing in this document or any associated communication should be construed as financial, investment, or legal advice. Purchasing or holding ZPZ does not represent an equity stake, debt instrument, or any form of financial security.
The staking participation bonus, including the long-term loyalty allocation for eligible ecosystem participants, is a reward for active, sustained participation in and support of the EZPZ ecosystem, not a return on investment or a guaranteed financial yield. Those who choose to stake ZPZ are ecosystem participants, not investors, and should not acquire ZPZ with the expectation of financial gain derived from the efforts of others.
All staking rewards, participation bonuses, and token allocations exist solely to incentivize ecosystem engagement, platform stability, and long-term community alignment. Participants should only contribute what they are prepared to use within the ecosystem, and are strongly encouraged to review the laws and regulations applicable in their own jurisdiction before participating. ZPZ tokens are not available to residents of jurisdictions where the purchase, holding, or use of utility tokens is restricted or prohibited.
- Regional restrictions may apply; participants must comply with local laws.
- All sales are final; market pricing is determined post-launch by supply and demand.
- KYC/AML scope and any transaction-specific requirements will be published before the presale. At launch, only the designated official project/compliance wallet is KYC-verified; the project team is separately KYC-verified by CertiK (Gold). Universal KYC does not apply to ordinary token holders, governance voters, or every participant admitted to the whitelisted Track 2 double-reward program. Track 2 wallet eligibility is manually approved, but approval is not a representation that the wallet owner has been identity-verified or restricted to one active wallet per person. Other participants or transactions remain subject to KYC/AML where applicable law, presale rules, an exchange, a payment provider, or transaction-risk controls require it.
- ZPZ branding & ticker: trademark pending.
Branding & Ticker
- Ticker: ZPZ (Polygon).
- Slogan: AI-Powered Smarter Trading Coin.
- Brand kit to be published prior to launch.
Conclusion
ZPZ powers a community-driven trading ecosystem with a 10B cumulative mint cap, transparent on-chain distribution, coded vesting and market protections, quadratic community governance, and contract-enforced routing of eligible ecosystem transaction fees: 70% to the treasury wallet, 20% to the development wallet, and 10% to the automated buyback-and-burn contract. The buyback contract executes purchases through approved Polygon DEX infrastructure and enforces a hard 5B protocol burn floor so the program cannot continue reducing live supply indefinitely. Fee routing, contract funding, purchases, burns, post-burn totalSupply, remaining burn capacity, and any returned unspent amount are disclosed through quarterly reporting and independently verifiable on-chain. These controls are designed to support long-term supply discipline and ecosystem stability without guaranteeing price or participant returns.
