What to include in your message
A few details up front let the team answer in one reply instead of asking you for more. Replies go to the email address you enter in the form.
Presale and purchases
Tell us which wallet network you used and paste the transaction hash, so the team can look the payment up on the chain. The published terms and limits are in the whitepaper.
Account and sign in
Write from the email address you registered with and describe the step where the problem appeared. Leave your password and any verification code out of the message.
Partnerships
Use the subject line to say what you are proposing and who you represent. A short summary and a link are enough for a first message.
General questions
Supply, vesting, staking and governance are set out in the whitepaper, and common presale questions are answered in the FAQs. The answer you need may already be published.
Whatever the subject, never send a private key or a recovery phrase. Nobody on the ZPZ team needs either one to help you, and the channels listed on this page are the only official ones.
